As a Client Service Support Specialist within J.P. Morgan Private Bank, you will be responsible for providing support to Wealth Management client service teams, managers, and clients. You will work in a complex team-oriented and fast-paced environment with advisors, client service, product partners, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and integrated approach across Private Banking products. Your role will involve problem-solving, maintaining high client service standards, collaborating, communicating, organizing, decision-making, multi-tasking, and researching. This role provides an opportunity to enhance business results and client satisfaction through your innovative solutions and efficient management.
Job responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues by identifying underlying or hidden problems and patterns; develop innovative solutions to problems.
  • Maintain high client service standards by consistently meeting client requests and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate using business knowledge, technical skills, and partnerships across Wealth Management to solve client problems and enhance business results.
  • Communicate by delivering clear, consistent messages to others via email or phone, with a strong ability to communicate with clients and internal partners.
  • Organize by prioritizing and executing initiatives, tasks, and details in an efficient manner.
  • Make decisions by evaluating options, assessing risk and impact on the firm and other employees, and owning your course of action.
  • Multi-task by efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously and managing priorities effectively.
  • Research and benchmark best business practices, collate and analyze data, provide business recommendations, and manage stakeholders


Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's agree
  • Good communication skills
