Job Description :

  • Streamline client account management process, enhancing operational efficiency and improve overall client satisfaction.  
  • Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/Tickets/Mail.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and the development team, reducing turnaround time and ensure product meet the client's requirements..
  • Gather and analyze the client feedback to enhance product features and drive continuous improvement 
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with major industry players
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, rotational weekly off, working from office environment
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
     

Qualifications:

·         Any Graduate

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team
