Develop and maintain serverless integrations: implement AWS Lambda functions (Node.js/Python) to orchestrate calls between API Gateway and Salesforce, configure API Gateway routes and mappings, implement validation, error handling, request transformations, and the Lambda-to-Salesforce REST/Apex callouts.
- WS Lambda functions — writing the actual orchestration code (Node.js/Python) that sits between API Gateway and Salesforce
- API Gateway configuration — setting up routes, request/response mapping, API key management per partner
- Business logic — validation rules, error handling, request transformation before hitting Salesforce APIs
- Integration coding — the Lambda-to-Salesforce REST/Apex callout code
