Develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions for HR and Payroll operations. Responsibilities include building integrations, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher and OTBI reports, HDL/HSDL loads, Fast Formulas, data conversions, troubleshooting, testing, deployments, and production support. The role translates business requirements into technical solutions, supports Oracle Cloud updates, prepares documentation, and collaborates with functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
We are looking for a highly motivated Oracle HCM Technical Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting integrations, reports, data conversions, and technical solutions that support critical HR and Payroll operations.
The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support ongoing Oracle HCM initiatives.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
- Design and support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, HDL/HSDL loads, and Fast Formulas.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and file-based interfaces.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Oracle HCM applications and integrations.
- Perform data conversion, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver solutions.
- Prepare technical design documents and support documentation.
- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and support.
