Roles and Responsibilities
- A relentless pursuit of the burndown in each sprint to bring the most valuable items for our products to fruition every week
- Crystal clear communication of any impediments and direct requests for help to mitigate
- Active participation in the refinement of the teams’ backlog
- Leading in the continuous improvement of the scrum team
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with senior developers and team members to design and implement new features, demonstrating strong team player skills.
- Code Reviews and Standards: Utilize the best practices of code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards, showing attention to detail.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Assist in the development and support of applications in ServiceNow and other platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, showcasing problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability: Adjust to new conditions and challenges, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Proactiveness: Take initiative to identify and address issues before they become problems, showing proactiveness.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, demonstrating strong time management skills.
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge in AWS services and architecture (Specifically Code Deploy, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS & Dynamo DB)
- Strong knowledge of Servicenow development
- Demonstrated ability to create and consume web services (REST/SOAP)
- Demonstrated ability to do scripting with node JS/Python
- Demonstrated ability to configure workflows in servicenow ITOM
- Strong knowledge with ITSM/ticketing systems (ServiceNow, CA Service Desk, Remedy, Cherwell)
- Basic understanding on ITIL framework V-3.0
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology and apply quickly
- Ability to develop using agile methodology
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
Shift Timings: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
