As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current infrastructure and solutions to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress to achieve next-generation outcomes through private and public cloud technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of cloud migration plans ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall cloud migration capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies during migration projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components and migration methodologies.
- Experience with designing scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Ability to analyze existing systems and recommend appropriate cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with both private and public cloud platforms and their integration.
- Skilled in planning and managing complex migration projects with multiple stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18+ years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
