Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and optimized for performance. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align migration activities with business goals, focusing on delivering innovative cloud-based solutions that support future growth and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration processes and address any challenges that arise.
- Document migration plans, processes, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support during migration activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud service models including Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices for migration.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline migration tasks.
- Knowledge of security considerations and compliance requirements in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
