Project Role Description : Select and deploy appropriate cloud-native tools to accelerate application development. Knowledge of the target cloud-native tools is necessary, and this role can specialize in one specific native cloud, ex. Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
Must have skills : Amazon Connect
Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Node.js, Java

Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will engage in the selection and deployment of suitable cloud-native tools to enhance application development. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, evaluating different cloud solutions, and implementing strategies that align with the organization's goals. You will also monitor the performance of deployed tools and make necessary adjustments to optimize their effectiveness, ensuring that the development process is both efficient and innovative.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Python (Programming Language), Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and deployment strategies.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
