Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments and develops proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of proposed cloud architectures. Collaboration with various teams to align deployment strategies and troubleshoot integration challenges is also a key part of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and validation of cloud architecture designs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize cloud migration processes and resolve technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Cloud Strategy and Assessment, Cloud Move Architecture.
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable cloud infrastructure and platform environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to develop and validate proof of architecture models to assess cloud solution viability.
- Familiarity with integration of cloud and on-premises systems to support hybrid environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
