The Role: We are seeking a Cloud Security Architect that will be responsible for assisting Sales Representatives, Sales Engineers and Partners with the technical sales activities in net-new and upsell opportunities. This individual must be proficient at demonstrating the business value of Varonis to both technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
The Location: Remote, India based.
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year College or Technical School AND 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role OR equivalent combination or education and experience.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts to all audiences, ranging from non-technical to executive level decision makers.
- Extensive knowledge of one of the following domains: AWS, Azure, Salesforce.
- Exposure to administration of Cloud applications including: Box, GitHub, Okta, Zoom, Jira, Slack.
- Exposure to security hardware and software.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, AWS Cloud Practitioner/Associate/Professional, and Google Cloud Security Professional are preferred.
The Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and integrate Varonis solutions into the customers’ environment.
- Deliver sales presentations, present technical information about Varonis’ Cloud products and services, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Manage all phases of product evaluations including installations, presenting at seminars, responding to RFP’s and RFI’s and the technical development of Varonis Partners.
- Leverage Cloud infrastructure knowledge to navigate architecture design conversations, assess technical issues, and overcome obstacles to capture revenue.
- Create and provide product and business value enablement training for sales, SEs, and partners.
- Ability to work independently and team collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to articulate the importance of Cloud Security Analytics and Threat Detection and evangelize Varonis as the leader in the market to end-users of all levels.
