The Cluster Training Manager is responsible for delivering training on products, processes, and sales to dealership sales consultants and mentoring them throughout the sales cycle.

Job Description- Deliver Trainings on product, process & sales for Dealership Sales Consultants at multiple dealerships.
- Handhold DSCs at various stages of sales cycle.
- Guide/Mentor DSCs.
- Conduct OJTs for DSCs, if need be.
- Good communications skills
- Knowhow of auto sector & how dealership sales work
- Previous experience of delivering trainings at dealerships for other OEMs
- Understand auto jargons & complexity of auto sector
- Must know English & local regional language
- MBA with engineering background preferred
- Training experience of 2-5 years
