Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess our current performance and strategy
- Focus on KPI reporting, trending & analysis including bookings, revenue, spend and productivity metrics
- Utilize data analysis tools and business intelligence software to track commercial performance and trends
- Generate regular reports and insights on key revenue metrics to assist in strategic decision-making
- Collaborate across internal teams to create and align on consistent processes
- Report out to leadership teams on trends and performance
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, banking, consulting, financial services or a related analytical role
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, emphasis on excel
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM system and utilizing reporting functionality
