As an Ezlynx Expert, you will manage commercial insurance policies, train staff, analyze data, and ensure compliance while providing excellent client service.
Genius Agency AI is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Commercial Policy Ezlynx Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our insurance operations through the effective use of the Ezlynx platform. Your expertise with commercial policies and the Ezlynx system will ensure accurate management and processing of insurance policies, leading to improved client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Utilize the Ezlynx platform to manage commercial insurance policies, including quoting, binding, and servicing.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices and features of the Ezlynx software.
- Assist in integrating Ezlynx functionalities to streamline insurance workflows and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address policy management and processing inquiries.
- Stay informed about updates and enhancements to the Ezlynx platform and communicate relevant changes to the team.
- Analyze data within the Ezlynx system to identify trends, assess performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies during policy processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns related to commercial policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Ezlynx user or within a similar role in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and coverages.
- Excellent technical skills and proficiency in using the Ezlynx platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in training or educating others on software platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is a plus.
- Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CISR, CPCU) are advantageous.
