The Role: Internal Communications Content and Design Analyst is part of the Internal Communication team at Morningstar India. Role entails developing and designing engaging content for various mediums such as digital signage screens within our India Offices and supporting employee communications and campaigns.

The Role: Internal Communications Content and Design Analyst is part of the Internal Communication team at Morningstar India. Role entails developing and designing engaging content for various mediums such as digital signage screens within our India Offices and supporting employee communications and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Communication Development and Coordination
- Update and maintain Asana and the India commuxnications calendar to streamline incoming briefs and requirements.
- Draft and distribute communications for employee initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational messaging.
- Develop, design, and manage dynamic content for digital screens, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines.
- Schedule and update content across screens in the Morningstar India offices to maintain fresh, relevant, and engaging visuals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing campaigns and messaging into compelling digital screen content.
- Stay on top of trends in digital design, screen management, to keep our campaigns fresh.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of typography, layout, and design principles for creating visually appealing assets (preferred)
- Attention to detail to ensure all tasks and communications meet professional and compliance standards.
- Experience: 1-2 years as communication analyst
