Key Responsibilities
- Review sales orders for accuracy and ensure they meet contract terms and customer requirements
- Compare customer purchase orders with sales orders to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Document all changes made to sales orders
- Communicate with the Sales team to clarify and correct order issues
- Ensure order updates are completed accurately and promptly
- Verify that approved vendors have all required documentation, including Counterfeit Policies and Supplier Applications
- Review vendor Counterfeit Policies to confirm they meet company standards
- Collaborate with vendors to address and correct compliance deficiencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly and professionally communicate with U.S.-based teams and vendors
- Minimum of 3 years of experience reviewing sales orders, contracts, or working in a compliance-related role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Methodical and focused approach to tasks
- Experience reviewing sales orders or contracts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with the Series 2000 ERP system
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing vendor compliance or vendor relationships
