Serves as a compliance risk officer for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protects the franchise. In addition, engages with the ICRM product and function coverage teams, in order to partner to develop and apply CRM program solutions that meet business and customer needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework.
Responsibilities:
- The role requires familiarity with JIRA to understand Product Roadmap for upcoming Agile sprints/releases.
- The role requires participation with User Acceptance Testing of new content to ensure timely delivery of product development and improvements for the application. This ensures complete understanding of requirements prior to production onboarding.
- The primary responsibility of the Production Support role is to provide technical support to stakeholders through diagnosing/resolving system issues reported. As part of this process, the Production Support team is expected own issues through resolution and escalate to technology teams when needed and drive for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies

- Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Some experience with developer tools, HTML and Java Script Code
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; experience in area of focus; Advanced degree a plus
Individuals in the ICRM Workflow Support team provide dedicated technical support to the various programs in regulations management. This role involves ensuring the process, stability, compliance and efficiency of Regulations Management Workflow application and Compliance Risk Management Tool. You will work closely with compliance officers, development and testing teams to help enhance and provide technology solutions for risk management. This role involves assessing changes, ensuring quality control, data integration and analyzing reporting data integrity.
