Wells Fargo is seeking a Construction Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as construction project leader and coordinate compliance with construction project specifications, budgets and schedules
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, construction project team, and management
- Provide oversight to all construction project managers in identification of project requirements and development of property and construction related project plan
- Collaborate and consult with management, peers, and stakeholders
- Interact with Regional Presidents and company executives in charge of property
- 2+ years of Construction Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Civil Engineer is a must
- Handling complete documentation for India and Philippines
- Managing Audit for design and construction and also to maintain all the documents for the audit. In addition, should manage complete invoicing process including the sourcing process
- Should also be able to handle construction projects independently
