Job Description:
- Strong Incentive Compensation domain knowledge.
- Experience in mentoring and leading technical team.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gain a working understanding of business requirements and operational processes.
- Develop/Enhance compensation solutions using Varicent for various incentive plans.
- Strong hands-on Experience in Varicent Version 10.
- Create and implement elegantly coded and effectively tuned solutions that enable high performance and ease of maintenance.
- Optimize queries and reports utilized within the platform.
- Create and troubleshoot Presenter and Presenter Adaptive reports.
- Good hands-on experience on Workflow and Webforms.
- Support the investigation and troubleshooting of complex business issues.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge in RDBMS concepts and hands-on on SQL queries
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and business teams
- Knowledge of mathematical calculations to summarize and aggregate large volumes of data.
Preferences:
- Good to have knowledge on Javascript & Python
