Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant with a strong background in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise Dynamics and Power Platform-based BI and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, CoPilot Studio, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint, with exposure to Azure cloud services.
The consultant will be responsible for transforming business requirements into actionable insights, building automation frameworks, and enabling self-service analytics across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics and CoPilot Studio for enhanced automation and intelligence.
- Develop, customize, and manage Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions integrated with SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL.
- Build and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Implement automation workflows for approvals, notifications, and reporting using Power Automate and CoPilot Studio.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective data-driven solutions.
- Ensure performance optimization, data accuracy, and visualization best practices in dashboards and reports.
- Manage deployment, data refreshes, and alert mechanisms for cloud-based BI and automation solutions.
- Conduct training and enablement sessions to promote self-service analytics and user adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Analytics, BI development, or Consulting.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP modules)
- CoPilot Studio
- Power Pages, Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint
- Proven experience integrating Dynamics and Power Platform with Azure or other cloud ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Power BI and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for business intelligence and process automation.
- Exposure to Microsoft CoPilot for workflow enhancements and AI-driven automation.
- Experience in Azure Data Services or Google BigQuery integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, or MB-910/MB-920.
- Experience in retail, pharmaceutical, or insurance domains.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments.
