Lead design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath RPA solutions; analyze processes for automation, build reusable frameworks, integrate APIs and systems, implement IDP, mentor developers, and manage bot lifecycle and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- Integrate RPA solutions with third-party systems and APIs.
- Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for structured and unstructured documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Manage bot lifecycle including monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of overall IT experience with strong RPA exposure.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Python is mandatory.
- Experience in implementing IDP solutions is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with API integrations, databases, and version control systems is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
