Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Success / Supply Chain Consultant with expertise in supply chain planning and network design to support our clients in optimizing their supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions, showcasing value through process improvements, automation, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on platform expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success & Engagement:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of Lyric’s platform.

• Work closely with customers to understand their pain points and business objectives.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of Lyric’s solutions.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower client teams.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Design and implement supply chain solutions leveraging Lyric’s platform for both planning and network design use cases.

• Translate customer challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.

• Develop and document best practices, playbooks, and solution templates for repeatable success.

• Support end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering to deployment.

Technical Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, transportation planning, and network design.

• Develop strategies leveraging industry best practices and Lyric’s capabilities to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Build planning and optimization models to drive decision-making and operational improvements.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to align solutions with business goals.

• Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and solution outcomes.

• Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure solution effectiveness and track customer success.

• Analyze solution impact and identify areas for improvement in processes and customer adoption.

• Proactively drive initiatives to enhance Lyric’s customer success framework and supply chain capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, network design, or a related role.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.

• Experience in managing end-to-end implementations of supply chain solutions.

• Knowledge of supply chain software systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).

• Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in working with data analytics, reporting tools, and optimization frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in consulting, supply chain optimization, or technology-driven transformation.

• Experience integrating Lyric’s platform with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.

• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in supply chain management.

• Certifications in supply chain management (APICS, CSCMP, etc.) or related areas.

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience with supply chain planning and optimization software such as o9, Blue Yonder, Coupa/Llamasoft.
