The Corporate Actions team is responsible for the collection and maintenance of high-quality data across a wide range of financial markets and asset classes. The analysts are required to source the information from the public domains/contributors defined and ingest/enter the information into database using proprietary collection methodology including the benefit information. This information is time critical and requires to be processed within the set timeline and quality parameters.
Deliver everything assigned as per the work priority targets and ensure all corporate actions are process as per agreed turnaround time so that we can meet the metric requirements of timeliness.
Meet quality targets focus on First Time Right accuracy scores consistently and meet relevant S&Q metric targets on month basis. Maintain less than 2 manual errors in a quarter identified via both internal and external
Track and record work done on daily basis and ensure to complete the CIP ILOG on weekly basis
Actively participate in the huddle and meeting, contribute towards the team's improvements and initiatives
Ensure to be available as and when required by the team either from office or home. Ensure to keep the BCP documents up to date and ensurer all the critical tasks are completed as agreed timelines
Monitor all client queries & ensure better timeliness & quality of resolution (CAP Approach) as per the agreed service targets by partnering CST, HD and counterparts.
Provide comprehensive, quality & timely data to our customers, ensure zero tolerance on follow up due to incorrect or incomplete resolutions
Contribute towards drafting RCA for data corrected cases and come up with multiple preventive measures to reduce manual errors
Ensure to track all production related aspects to determine daily volumes and challenges expected to be reported to TL and SCA on real time
- Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices in relevant markets and Monitor market events to anticipate the changes.
- Daily Update of reports/timesheets/production reports
- Research and respond quickly to all client issues, adhering to quality goals for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders
- Buddy to junior team members
- Resolve client queries as per service flow/methodology defined.
Education& Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in commerce or related subjects
- Good communication
- Good Knowledge in capital markets
- Good Knowledge in Fixed income securities and life cycle
- MS office
- Experience of 2 years in the related process/content
