Edit and repurpose raw footage into long- and short-form videos for YouTube and Instagram; create thumbnails and captions; schedule posts across two brands; track basic analytics monthly; and suggest relevant B2B tech/founder content ideas.
D4A Cloud ERP Solutions is a Zoho Advanced Partner delivering ERP/CRM implementations across Qatar, the GCC, and Europe. We're looking for a content creator to build and manage our YouTube and Instagram presence — covering both our company brand (D4A) and our founder's personal/thought-leadership brand.
This is a fully remote role. You'll work from raw footage and talking points provided every 2 weeks and turn them into a steady stream of polished short-form and long-form content. You will not need to appear on camera or write strategic messaging — that's provided to you. Your job is execution: editing, captioning, thumbnails, scheduling, and basic performance tracking.
This is a great fit for someone early in their career who has already been building their own channel and wants to prove that skill professionally, with room to grow as our content output scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into YouTube videos and Instagram Reels/Shorts using tools like CapCut
- Repurpose long-form recordings into multiple short-form clips
- Design thumbnails and simple graphics (Canva)
- Write captions, descriptions, and hooks (with AI-assisted drafts provided as a starting point)
- Maintain a posting calendar across two channels/brands and publish on schedule
- Track basic analytics (views, engagement, follower growth) and report monthly
- Suggest content ideas/trends relevant to B2B tech and founder content
Requirements
- Must have an active personal YouTube or Instagram channel demonstrating your own content/editing work (please share links when applying)
- Working knowledge of CapCut or similar editing tools, and Canva
- Understanding of short-form content formats (Reels, Shorts) and what drives engagement
- Basic written English for captions/descriptions
- Reliable internet and own laptop/editing setup
- Comfortable working remote with a batch-based workflow
Nice to Have
- Interest in tech/business/SaaS content
- Experience repurposing long-form content into multiple short clips
- Basic thumbnail design sense (what gets clicks vs. what doesn't)
