What We'll Bring:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join our Customer Service/Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and effective training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and e-learning modules, based on requirements provided by training managers and subject matter experts (SMEs).What You'll Bring:
Key Responsibilities:
Content Design:
- Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for training sessions, ensuring they are visually appealing and informative.
- Develop e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Ensure all training materials are designed according to the specifications and requirements provided by training managers and SMEs.
Collaboration:
- Liaise with training managers and SMEs to gather content requirements and ensure accuracy in training materials.
- Coordinate with the Training Manager to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and training objectives.
Content Review and Improvement:
- Continuously review and update training materials based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Incorporate feedback from trainers and learners to improve the effectiveness of training materials.
Technical Skills:
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools to create interactive and engaging e-learning modules.
- Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint to develop professional presentations.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload and manage e-learning content.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Maintain organized records of content development processes and project timelines.
Impact You'll Make:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education.
- Certification In Authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe, Vyond, or similar tools.
- Proven experience in content development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in content development for training programs.
- Experience in creating both PowerPoint presentations and e-learning modules.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs, graphic designers, and training managers.
