We're looking for a Content Writer focused on SEO and AEO to help Sybill own high-intent search and AI-driven discovery. This role is about creating answer-first, search-optimized content that helps sales leaders, founders, and revenue teams find clear, trustworthy answers to the questions they're actively asking.
If you enjoy writing structured, insight-driven content that ranks on Google and shows up in AI answers, this role is for you.
What you'll do:Write high-quality, SEO- and AEO-optimized content: Create blogs and long-form content for Sybill's audience (sales leaders, founders, revenue teams).
Research and cover key topics: Research and create content around topics such as sales workflows and best practices, revenue intelligence and deal management, AI in sales and call analysis, and coaching, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
Structure for clarity and discoverability: Structure content to be clear, scannable, and answer-driven, including question-based headings, direct concise answers, and FAQs, lists, and comparisons.
Optimize for search and AI: Optimize content for search intent and rankings, featured snippets, and AI-powered answer engines and LLM retrieval.
Collaborate and refine: Collaborate to ensure accuracy and relevance. Update and improve existing content based on performance, search trends, and user intent.
Maintain brand voice: Maintain Sybill's tone: clear, confident, practical, and insight-led.
What we're looking for:1–3 years of experience writing SEO-driven content for B2B SaaS, sales, or revenue-focused audiences.
Strong understanding of search intent and keyword research: You know how to identify what users are looking for and create content that matches their needs.
Ability to write structured, answer-oriented content: You can break down complex topics into clear, scannable formats that directly answer user questions.
Comfortable simplifying complex ideas: You can take complex concepts around sales, AI, and workflows and make them accessible and actionable.
Strong research, editing, and attention to detail: You're thorough, accurate, and committed to quality.
Nice to have:
Experience with AEO, featured snippets, or AI-optimized content
Familiarity with sales tools, CRM workflows, or revenue teams
Experience writing for decision-makers (founders, sales leaders)
Basic understanding of how LLMs surface and summarize content
