As a Technical Sourcer focused on our APAC region, you will be at the front line of building the teams that power our global platform. You will own the discovery and engagement of exceptional technical talent across diverse markets, combining data-driven insights, creative outreach, and deep market expertise to identify and inspire the engineers, data scientists, and technical leaders who will shape Crunchyroll’s future.

You will…
Build and execute strategic sourcing campaigns across APAC to attract world-class technical talent (Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, QA, and beyond)
Leverage data and market insights to guide sourcing strategies, influence hiring decisions, and provide leadership with a clear view of talent availability, competitive dynamics, and pipeline health
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers as a true consultant, aligning on role requirements, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Develop, maintain, and nurture pipelines of passive candidates, ensuring we are prepared for both current and future business needs
Drive candidate engagement with a compelling narrative, representing Crunchyroll’s mission and value proposition authentically in every interaction
Innovate sourcing methods using advanced tools, Boolean, talent mapping, referrals, and nontraditional channels to uncover hidden talent
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by designing sourcing strategies that expand access to underrepresented talent pools across APAC
Take full ownership of pipeline quality and delivery, ensuring accountability, urgency, and excellence in execution

You excel at talent research and market mapping, providing intelligence that shapes hiring strategy and informs business leaders
You are a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers, known for your consultative approach, influence, and ability to shape decisions with insight and clarity
You thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and deliver results with persistence and accountability
You have deep familiarity with sourcing tools, platforms, and advanced search techniques, with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter as a plus
You bring excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and influence stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultures
You operate with a sense of ownership, pride, and urgency, viewing yourself as an extension of the business rather than a transactional resource
