The Challenge

We are looking for a detailed- and service-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our People Operations team. They will support the workflows related to the employee lifecycle. We're looking for someone who is passionate about crafting excellent employee experience. Our ideal candidate will be hyper-organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

What You’ll Take On

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Supports end-to-end hire-to-retire employee lifecycle activities, such as onboarding, offboarding and job changes.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities by creating and closing job requisitions.
  • Maintain electronic employee files.
  • Support partners with conducting New Hire Orientations.
  • Coordinate probationary review processes and track completion.
  • Support benefits administration and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and issue standard HR letters and documents.
  • Generate & prepare basic HR reports (headcount, leaves, attrition, etc.) as per stakeholders’ requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Admin).
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HR policies.
  • Manage and respond to reference requests for employees in line with company policy.
  • Coordinate and handle Tier 1 HR tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW), ensuring timely resolution, updates, and coordination.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and provide general administrative support to Partners where required.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role for a Global organisation.
  • Experience of supporting multiple locations within Europe.
  • Experience working with employee database platforms (e.g., Workday).
  • Experience managing HR tickets through ServiceNow (SNOW) or any case management tool.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and flexible work approach while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be comfortable working in shifts, if required
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
  • An agile approach to work.
