Job Summary:
As a Vice President within the Global Corporate Bank, you will be responsible for managing JPMorgan's relationships with subsidiaries of Korean corporate clients across their cash management, trade, derivatives, and various financing needs.
Job responsibilities:

  • Build and expand Treasurer / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) relationships with Korean corporate clients in India; Originate dialogue at headquarter, regional headquarter, and local levels, supporting existing & prospect clients with JPMorgan's corporate banking capabilities
  • Partner with local and headquarter corporate bankers and product partners to identify new business opportunities and collaborate on deal execution; Escalate the needs of clients with local and regional product partners to steer product development ideas
  • Create forward looking business plans for clients and maintain existing business relationship
  • Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs that can be met with JPMorgan's array of corporate banking products (e.g., cash management, trade, escrow, derivatives, capital markets, credit, risk management, asset management, etc.)
  • Responsible for conversion of client analysis into concrete financial solutions
  • Conduct regular cross functional reviews with peers (locally and regionally) to ensure coordinated management of client relationships and business opportunities.
  • Ensure strong Risk & Control framework is maintained with an ongoing focus on adherence to KYC, AML, Reputation Risk, and other standards.


Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking or related client facing functions/roles
  • Proven ability to build and develop client relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player. Strong presentation & communication skills; Ability to partner with Corporate Bankers and Product Specialists within the firm
  • Track record managing complex multi-product and multi-country opportunities.
  • Proficient in English and Korean to liaise with Korean clients


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Prior experience working with Korean corporates is a plus
