Neo Group is on the lookout for a CRM Quality Control Specialist to join our Marketing Team.
Responsibilities:
- Test and validate CRM lifecycle campaigns (FastTrack and other platforms) before launch.
- Check correctness of triggers, attributes, player segmentation, campaign flows, and reward logic.
- Ensure proper functioning of communications (email, SMS, push, onsite) and integration with CMS/external providers.
- Perform testing after system updates or feature releases.
- Provide final QA approval before campaign launch.
- Report bugs, incorrect setups, or mismatches to developers and CRM managers.
- Maintain test cases and results.
- Analyze campaign performance and error patterns, suggesting process improvements.
- Support the CRM Retention team with insights into tested scenarios.
- Conduct knowledge sharing and training to improve CRM quality standards.
- Previous experience in CRM coordination, campaign execution, or QA.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (FastTrack, , Optimove, or similar).
- Solid understanding of casino and sports betting lifecycles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- High organizational skills and proactive approach.
- Nice-to-have: experience in email marketing, A/B testing, HTML coding, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
