Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that these applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support future maintenance and upgrades.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
