Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software elements are key aspects of daily activities, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with system integration and customization within manufacturing environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to manufacturing execution systems.
- Skilled in collaborating across cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
