Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and creatively developing solutions that integrate seamlessly within the existing environment. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals is a key part of the daily routine, along with continuous refinement and adaptation of the software to meet evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to align with business workflows and requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the application environment.
- Familiarity with integration methods and data management within enterprise software systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
