As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and performance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing customizations within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to financial software modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes within Oracle JD Edwards environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
