As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems or applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that enhancements and new features align with evolving business needs. Problem-solving and adapting to changing project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and quality in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and component-based architecture.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API consumption within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
