Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand client requirements and system functionalities. The role includes designing solutions tailored to specific needs, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and addressing any issues through maintenance or enhancements. Collaboration with different teams and managing multiple tasks to deliver effective software solutions is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring that client expectations are met with precision and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in developing responsive user interfaces and integrating with backend services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
