Summary:
To provide functional support for the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module by analyzing and resolving user issues, handling incidents and service requests, performing root cause analysis, configuring SAP PM as required, and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Must handle enhancements and bug fixes by coordinating with the development team and ensure SLA compliance while maintaining smooth business operations. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions remain aligned with organizational goals and user expectations.
The professional will handle support tasks and collaborate closely with business stakeholders for the continuous improvement of business functionality. They should ensure solutions are well tailored to meet evolving operational challenges and enhance overall efficiency.
Should be responsible for team deliverables and productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work with development and cross-functional teams for enhancements and defect fixes.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain system stability by following SAP support best practices.
- Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Drive innovation by researching and applying new technologies and best practices relevant to the project.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP PM with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Good exposure to maintenance processes (Corrective, Preventive, Calibration).
- Must have experience in handling WRICEF objects and coordinating with technical and cross-functional
teams for requirement completion.
- Experience in incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Experience in writing user requirements and functional specifications.
- Master data management and data validation.
- Hands-on experience with Solution Manager and ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
- Exposure to job scheduling tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
