- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development practices.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Trading Services Front Office.
- Good To Have Skills: Shell Scripting.
- Experience in developing and maintaining front office trading applications with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and tools relevant to front office trading environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Trading Services Front Office.
- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
