Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding client expectations and adapting software components accordingly, fostering seamless integration and optimal performance within the business environment. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application functionalities and deliver effective software solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Spring Boot framework.
- In-depth understanding of application architecture and design patterns relevant to Spring Boot.
- Ability to integrate Spring Boot applications with various databases and external services.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within Spring Boot environments.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices architecture using Spring Boot.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
