Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Experience with designing and configuring enterprise-level planning and budgeting applications.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Oracle Planning and Budgeting environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
