Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with stakeholder expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool, with a primary focus on Finance.
- Strong experience in customizing and configuring SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to design and implement data governance workflows and validations within the SAP MDG framework.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to master data management processes.
- Knowledge of data quality management principles and best practices in master data governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
