Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs and translate them into functional requirements, while also overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing support to users, ensuring a seamless experience with the applications you help create. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. - Experience with application design and development methodologies. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within ServiceNow. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
