Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles. - Experience with programming languages relevant to software development. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
