Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience with system integration and configuration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively. - Familiarity with project management tools and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
