A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to your team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ. - Experience with Salesforce platform and its various functionalities. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to Salesforce. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
