Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, guiding the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired specifications. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and performance, while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience. Your role will require effective communication and coordination with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are exceeded. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for SAP environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Any Btech or MCA Graduation is required.
