Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions meet both technical and business needs. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and approaches, ensuring that the final products are not only functional but also user-friendly and efficient. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in the software development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of software solutions that align with project goals.
- Collaborate with team members to refine project requirements and enhance overall project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with risk assessment and management in software projects.
- Ability to analyze and interpret environmental regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies used in environmental health and safety management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Environment Health and Safety.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
