Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand client requirements and system functionalities. The role includes designing solutions tailored to meet specific needs, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and maintaining existing software to enhance its capabilities. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a regular part of the day, ensuring that development efforts align with project goals and client expectations. Continuous evaluation and improvement of software components are integral to delivering reliable and efficient applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align development processes with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing application code for high-performance environments.
- Strong understanding of database integration and data processing within SAP HANA systems.
- Ability to design, code, and test software components with attention to detail and quality.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex software applications.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
