Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong experience in writing efficient and maintainable code using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Ability to optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Familiarity with integrating PL/SQL code with other software components and systems.
- Experience in working within agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of database design principles and data modeling techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
