Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, contributing to the overall quality and functionality of the software products. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results that align with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with development and troubleshooting of Maximo integrations and applications in MAS8 and/ or MAS9.
- Working knowledge of PL/SQL
- Knowledge of Maximo Reporting module
- Having 3-5 years of experience in MAS8/ MAS9
Should have good inter-personal communication and problem-solving skills
- Skills on development and troubleshooting of MAS integrations with external applications
- Must be able to lead a small team.
- Understanding and work experience of SLAs

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Maximo.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
