Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve creating and implementing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand application requirements.
- Design, develop, and test software applications using ASP.NET MVC framework.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
- Ensure the applications meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with existing systems and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET, Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server.
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
